What is the difference between SPEED's Basic tier and the Pro tier?

What is your refund policy?

FightGeek does not offer refunds for paid subscriptions. However, you may cancel your subscription, or downgrade your subscription plan at your next billing cycle. We will send you a reminder 30 days before the next billing cycle starts.

Why isn't my payment method working?

If you are having issues setting up your payment method, check the following:

  • You are using an accepted credit or debit card
  • The card hasn’t expired
  • You are using a billing address in your country
  • You have filled all the required fields

If you are still having issues, please try a different payment method or get in touch with us.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by doing the following:

  • Click the Promotion & Account Settings icon on the bottom left of the dashboard
  • Select “Subscription”
  • Select “Cancel my subscription”

Can I upgrade to SPEED's Pro tier after signing up for the Basic tier?

Yes you can upgrade your tiers at any time by doing the following:

  • Click the Promotion & Account Settings icon on the bottom left of the dashboard
  • Select “Subscription”
  • Select “Change my subscription plan”
  • Select the Pro tier to upgrade

Do I have to pay to use SPEED's Basic tier?

We provide a 30 day free trial, and after which you will need to pay an annual cost to continue using the Basic Tier.

Do I have to pay to use SPEED's Pro tier?

We provide a 30 day free trial, and after which you will need to pay an annual cost to continue using the Pro Tier.
